Chess Taylor is a Classical Crossover vocalist and recording artist with a 'stunning' soprano voice. She signed with a record label in the beginning of 2022 and has so far had 2 song releases. Chess provides bespoke entertainment for concerts, weddings, festivals, hotels, funerals, corporate events, private events and cruise ships. Her enchanting 'pure voice' compliments a wide variety of genres and she is sure to impress any audience with her 'effortless' four octave range.

Chess' singing career began in 2014 and quickly lead her to performing in the cast onboard cruise ships. She has been lucky enough to have travelled to some of the worlds most beautiful places, including The Caribbean Islands, Venice and the Norwegian Fjords. It was during her ship contracts that Chess began putting together her very own Classical Crossover show. This concert celebrates all things crossover, including well known Opera favourites, Classical covers and modern pop songs sung with an Opera twist. This Crossover show is available to book for Cruise Ships and your special event!
In 2018, Chess had the pleasure of performing with classical quartet harmony group; Crescendo. They travelled on luxury cruise lines and performed their concerts on international waters. During their travels, more countries were visited including Iceland and the Mediterranean. When they had their feet on dry soil, Crescendo toured the stunning locations of the Warner Leisure Hotels.

Chess has also toured some of the country's most beautiful theatres with the 80’s Live Tour. This all singing and dancing show has an ever growing following and is still touring today. This Theatre tour began in 2019 where Chess was part of the original cast, since then she has performed at venues such as The New Wimbledon Theatre, Richmond Theatre and many more. She loves working as part of a production cast and still performs in some of the shows now.

The summer of 2022 holds a high point in Chess' career. she closed a huge festival in Sutton Coldfield by leading the 'Last Night of the Proms'. With the help of her 3000 strong audience, they all sung their hearts out, waved their arms, and felt very patriotic.
